Your role at MOBE

With a passion for helping others, MOBE Engagement Specialist delivers engagement results which align to the company confirmed and active participant goals.  By building trust and value, this position successfully connects eligible individuals to the appropriate MOBE service.  This is accomplished telephonically, both inbound and outbound. 

MOBE Engagement Specialist also maintains continuity with individuals engaged in MOBE programs, responding to questions and requests for information to ensure Participants are supported.

Responsibilities

  • Perform outreach and outbound engagement to consumers
  • Monitor and manage online and telephonic requests for information or additional support from participants
  • Ensure MOBE client satisfaction by resolving and responding to participant issues and requests
  • Maintain flexibility, be open to new ideas and be willing to take on new responsibilities
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuing professional development
  • Identify and constructively communicate the need for improvements or enhancements in MOBE programs and services; drive continuous improvement in MOBE programs
  • Prioritize and organize personal work to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and sound decision-making skills
  • Perform special projects as defined by manager
  • All other duties as assigned
 
Position Requirements
  • Three years of experience required in direct consumer service or sales, preferably telephonic and healthcare related; Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree helpful
  • Self-motivated to work independently
  • Demonstrate solid relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Proven collaborative approach to work
  • Proven drive to achieve goals
  • Drive to gain new skills, to learn and achieve expert-level knowledge of new subject matter
  • Demonstrated ability to interface and effectively present to management
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to build a collaborative culture and relationships across the organization
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
