Health Care Services is seeking a case manager with experience in the criminal justice system to fill a full-time position. This is a community based position working with individuals that have prior convictions. This position also requires experience with Mental Health and promoting recovery goals.      Position Requirements AA/BA required. Previous experience in criminal justice preferred.  We are a healthcare facility and as such we require that our new employees are fully vaccinated (both COVID and FLU).
