We are seeking a Senior Science & Technology SME to join our team in Washington , DC. The ideal candidate will: Provide SME knowledge on the Department of Navy (DON) Command structure and activities-operation Understand and relay current and historic employment of forces, Science and Technology trends, and naval architecture. Understand and relay ship operations particularly ship handling, damage control, ship systems engineering-operation, corrosion and corrosion abatement, and extreme environment ship operations (Arctic). Identify and recommend solutions for long term needs. Provide management and technical support.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Master's degree in management, business, or a technical field. 10 years experience with DoD acquisition processes, in DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management and implementation of technical projects. An active Secret security clearance. Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience: 10+ years experience with DoD acquisition processes, in DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management and implementation of technical projects.
