Share Email Opening Title Formulation and Research Microbiologist   Description POSITION SUMMARY: In this newly created role, this individual will assume responsibility for conducting research and developing new industrial microbiology test methods to improve existing products, develop new products and expand the Company's capabilities of new products on a global basis. The Formulation and Research Microbiologist coordinates, develops, and improves research and testing methods and provides technical microbiology support within the laboratory and other departments as required. This individual will be highly skilled in microbiology research in an industrial environment and have experience developing complex bioactive matrices, conducting raw material evaluations, building evaluation systems and a demonstrable track record of advancing ideas to expand capabilities and product offerings.   Position Requirements EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in Formulation and/or Research in Microbiology. This individual will have a minimum of five years related laboratory experience in industrial manufacturing or related industry. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable competence to research new applications of products and to develop new and improved production and testing methods. He/she will work with considerable independence and have extensive experience and knowledge sufficient to be regarded as a resource to the Corporation.
