Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Systems Analyst   Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Systems Analyst's role is to assist in the planning, design, development, and launching of efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of Business Systems investments. Assist the Business Systems Manager in the research of new information technology and its application to MFS's business systems.   Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: One or more years of proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. Four-year IT-related degree preferred. Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Infor M3, Labvantage LIMS, 3E software, and other relevant technologies. Strong troubleshooting skills to assist in user support and other help desk functions as required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure. Familiarity with metadata structures and best practices for data governance. Proficiency in regression analysis, machine learning, and AI techniques. Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
