With the belief that all people have the capacity to grow and change, we provide our services to people of all ages, cultures, races, religious preferences, genders, and sexual orientations in order to enhance wellness and recovery, thereby improving families, workplaces, and communities.   Position Crew Leader   Description Exciting opportunity for an Employment Crew Leader to train, teach and supervise clients who are participating in the Project Work Program, a work readiness program for people living with addiction and mental illness.  This position oversees work crews performing janitorial and other work on job sites in the Franklin County area, assuring all work is done to the customer's satisfaction and representing Southeast professionally in all community interactions. The hours of the position vary, including both daytime, evening and possible weekend work.       Position Requirements HS diploma/GED required.  Valid driver's license and insurance required.   We are a healthcare facility and as such we require that our new employees are fully vaccinated (both COVID and FLU).
