Teleworking is acceptable for daily interfaces with government counterparts. Description: The Engineering/Scientific - Senior will support the 711th Human Performance Wing (HPW). Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Provides liaison between the Warfighter Readiness Division of the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/RHA) and the US Air Force Warfare Center Future Plans and Advanced Programs Branch (USAFWC/A8). Provides support for crafting training methods, principles, and venues to examine tools and concepts under development by government scientists and contracted companies in Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) and existing Task Orders of the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/RHA). Provides support in drafting, facilitating and staffing of various agreements between the Warfighter Readiness Division of the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL 711th HPW/RHA) and other civilian, government, and educational organizations (including Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs), Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement (MOU/MOA), Small Business Innovative Research Agreements (SBIRs) and Educational Partnership Agreements (EPAs)). This position will require regular CONUS travel. Attends formal briefings and informal discussions. Must be capable of working independently Strong written and oral communication skills in the English language. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must have exceptional customer service skills. Must have strong time-management and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others. Channels information effectively Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
