Position Location: Tampa, FL (On-Site) About the Role: The Systems Engineer will apply a structured approach to the design and implementation of system and service applications. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Capture and translate mission and customer requirements into capabilities using the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Analyze and allocate requirements to systems architecture components and oversee the design development, testing, and validation of systems and services. Coordinate the integration of systems and services into enterprise architecture and oversee deployment. Assist with proposal development, if necessary. Perform other duties, as assigned. Experience: Five (5) + years supporting current windows desktop technologies and client/server applications in a windows-based network environment. Five (5) + years of experience working with Microsoft Windows Server, current/latest version of Exchange (or other enterprise mail systems) Active Directory, Group Policy. Solid understanding of TCP/IP network fundamentals and related equipment (switches, routers, etc.). Virtualization experience required (VMWare/Hyper-V). Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None. Other Required Skills & Abilities: Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Security Clearance: Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility. US Citizenship: This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
