We also complete large jobs Western Nebraska, Western Iowa, Missouri, and Illinois. Job Overview: A full-time Construction Foreman will typically work Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm (hours will vary depending on job site and seasonal adjustments). Some required weekend shifts as well. Duties include: Onsite supervision Completes evaluations of employees Coaching and development of field employees Documentation and disciplinary actions Day-to-day operation to ensure job gets completed on time and under budget Must follow company's safety policies and procedures. What we're looking for: EDUCATION: High school degree or equivalent LICENSING: Valid driver's license or State I.D. EXPERIENCE: 5 or more years' experience as a commercial roofer and 2 years' experience leading a crew. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Must be able to: effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, perform the physical demands of the job, work independently and in a group, and effectively follow all safety procedures and instruction from a supervisor. Candidates will be required to successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and drug test.
