A Service Technician is expected to: • Establish and maintain a high level of job performance, through effective time management, efficient scheduling, and close coordination to support each project's profit objective • Anticipate project needs and coordinate the scheduling of site personnel and delivery of material and equipment far enough in advance to eliminate shortages of material and prevent work stoppages • Maintains proper inventory/stock for an on-site installation • Investigate roof problems, and be able to read and mark roof drawings • Make recommendations for roof repair and maintenance • Know roof manufacturer warranty details and make repairs accordingly • Flash in penetrations for tenant finishes • Provide superior customer service, and respond professionally to inquiries/complaints • Document and complete work order (paperwork) Requirements: • VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and clean driving record • High school diploma (or equivalent) • At least one year of experience in roofing service and repair • Industry leading benefits Apply on our company's website (http://www.scottent.com/careers) or in person at the office between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, M-F.
