The Navigator will conduct outreach and in-reach activities and facilitate application completion and enrollment requirements for eligible patients and service area residents into affordable health insurance coverage or Medicaid.     Position Requirements AAS/BA required. Experience working with entitlement and social services eligibility preferred. As a healthcare provider, Southeast Healthcare is a non-smoking employer.  Staff members are required to be vaccinated for the flu and COVID.  Religious and medical exemptions may be requested during the hiring process.
