Description

Assertive Professionals is in search of a Financial Analysis and Requisition Lead to work for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on PACTS II under the PMSS OCIO Task Order, who will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Provide advanced, time-sensitive and accurate Financial Management support for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)
  • Assist performing Financial Management support including, but not limited to, business case analysis, invoice research, invoice analysis, invoice processing, invoice reclassifications, cost benefits analysis, funding models, financial research,financial reporting, performance management, project management, contract research, contractanalysis, invoice research, invoice analysis, invoice reclassifications, financial reconciliation,accounting reclassifications, burn rate analysis, obligation analysis, expenditure analysis, SpendPlan analysis and Ad Hoc financial projects, as required
  • Assist in performing business case development and cost estimates for the DHS enterprise IT service programs. support the development of acquisition strategies andapproaches
  • Coordinate and facilitate receipt of OCIO Spend Plan requirements to assist the Government in finalizing the OCIO Spend Plan
  • Coordinate the finalization of the OCIO Spend Plan requirements in accordance with the OCIO Fiscal Year Budget Planning schedule, which will be communicated by the Government annually
  • Coordinate receipt of Spend plan entries from government representatives shall access PRISM, FFMS, C-FIT, APFS, electronic files, physical files, legacy systems and other financial systems to research finances, budget,accounting,contracts, invoices, obligations, expenditures, performance and to generateaccurate payment instructions for invoice and IPAC’s payments, as required
  • Access and utilize the PRISM Automated Procurement System to research contract actions, modifications, finances, contracts and accounting

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including 3 years of program management specialty experience
  • BS/BA degree
  • Secret clearance
