About the Organization Equipment Source, Inc. (ESI) designs, develops, and builds quality, innovative worksite products for the oil, mining, construction and agriculture industries, while also distributing and servicing Kubota Tractor products.

Founded in 2000, ESI began as a heater reconditioning company for the North Slope oil fields. since then ESI has continued a tradition of innovative designs for extreme industrial applications. Our manufacturing line is largely customer driven, based on the ideas, input, and requests we receive. If there is a need that is not being met by current products in the market, we will design a product to fill the need.

Description

Summary: Perform diverse duties requiring varied knowledge of office systems and procedures in a sales and service environment. Generate, process, record, and maintain accounting and other company records and reports. Practice proper accounting procedures.

Duties:

  • Provide a positive and professional example of/for the organization
  • Provide customer service in-person and by telephone, answer questions and address concerns/complaints; research when necessary
  • Process credit card audit report
  • Maintain cash box and petty cash box
  • Print Kubota invoices
  • Enter payables invoices
  • Mail daily customer invoices
  • Enter and finalize Kubota tractor contracts
  • Order and maintain Kubota tractor literature stock
  • Purchase supplies
  • Prepare and make bank deposits
  • Register Land Pride warranties as sold
  • Process weekly expense reports
  • File documents
  • Maintain generator files
  • Maintain customer and vendor invoice files
  • Maintain tractor files
  • Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, local, state and federal policies, directives, rules and regulations, and current accounting standards
  • Observe health and safety precautions to protect people, and company property
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Position Requirements

Education, Knowledge and Skills:

  • 2 years of applicable experience required
  • Accounting or Business degree preferred
  • Able to learn, understand and use computer software and hardware
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Able to operate a variety of office equipment including a computer, copier and facsimile
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Able to analyze information and use logic to address issues
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, to include effectively conveying information to others, giving full attention to what other people are saying and taking the time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, creating spreadsheets, writing business correspondence, and other office procedures and technology
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Able to use sound judgment and make appropriate decisions
  • Able to manage time and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Able to perform with sufficient physical ability and mobility to sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of computer keyboard; to verbally communicate to exchange information; to see and hear within a reasonable range for an office environment with or without correction.
