Provide technical and financial expertise and assistance to the program management office. Duties include: • Participation in technical reviews, program reviews, and milestone reviews. • Review products and artifacts and provide feedback to the Program Office and contractor • Attend and participate in ERBs and IPTs. • Review contractor engineering change proposals and provide cost and technical evaluations to the program management office. • Coordinate cost estimates and technical work scope with the program management office and appropriate project teams. • Maintain program management office artifacts using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Attend Risk and Opportunities board and report status to the program management office. Our client requires that the successful candidate possess the following qualifications: A current TS clearance with SCI eligibility A Bachelor of Science degree in any field (other bachelor degrees, such as bachelor of arts, will NOT qualify for this position; this requirement cannot be waived) 7 years of project management experience in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and risk Our client also desires that candidates possess the following qualifications: Customer-service and goal oriented Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills to include proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Office, and Excel Ability to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities Ability to identify technical issues and communicate impacts to the Government points of contact Experience with developing and working with systems roadmaps and project plans Experience in strategic business planning, business development activities, product concept development, and information technology engineering Experience in transitioning systems from development through operational installation and transition to Operations & Sustainment Demonstrated understanding of the geospatial intelligence mission and its contributions to the Intelligence Community B.S. Degree in Geography, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field M.S.
