Summary:

To lead strategic marketing planning and play a key role in crafting and delivering the company's growth agenda by strengthening brand position, brand equities and evolving to a more consumer centric go-to-market model. Lead cross-functional marketing communications planning, establishing go to market goals, objectives, as well as leading development of customer messages to ensure IncredibleBank achieves traffic and customer engagement targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop the segments and markets you own and create the value proposition and messaging to target those customers.

  • Oversee the creation of integrated marketing plans across all channels, focusing on brand building objectives and a seamless customer experience. Requires strong leadership, strategic vision, a focus on tactical integration and measurable results.
  • Lead out of the box marketing campaigns that will differentiate the brand and engage customer.
  • Work with the cross functional teams (customer insights, media, social, digital, traditional, CRM, marketing analytics) by providing objectives and a marketing strategy which drives an integrated approach and enables leveraging of their expertise, accelerates key initiatives, supports our business units at the national level and enables measurable results.

  • Work with stakeholders of each department to get buy-in for the marketing plans including what marketing will be responsible for, and what sales will be responsible for, in order to meet agreed upon goals.

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).

  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting website traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.

  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

  • Establish closed-loop analytics with financial analyst and sales leaders to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

  • Oversee development and delivery of reporting metrics for team's key programs on a consistent basis with necessary support teams.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform other related duties as required or assigned that are in the spirit of this job description and position as necessary for the Bank and the Department to function effectively.
