EDUCATION: High School or equivalent and 1 year related experience. EXPERIENCE: 6 months experience with a multi-line telephone system, 1 year preferred; 1 year experience with excel; 1 year in a customer service focused environment; experience with mental illness or other disabilities a plus. ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer’s sole discretion. LICENSES: Driver’s License with clear record. VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle. LANGUAGE: Bilingual (English and Spanish), preferred OTHER: Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others. COMPUTER: Working knowledge of Word and Excel. 25 WPM, 90% data entry accuracy. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: ORIENTATION: 2 days ON THE JOB: 2 months for basic competency; 1 year to experience full cycle of duties MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, WORK AIDS: Multi-line telephone, computer, ten key calculator, printers, copiers, faxes, scanner. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Constant – Ability to communicate with callers determine routing of calls and information needed. Constant – Ability to communicate with clients to determine needs Frequent – Ability to input data, sort/organize work, complete paperwork. Frequent – Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time at reception desk.
