Share Email Opening Title Senior Web Developer  Category IT   Description Position Overview: The Senior Web Developer plays an integral role in orchestrating and executing online marketing strategies for River Valley Bank and IncredibleBank. You will help to positively grow our online presence as well as draw qualified leads via multi-channel b2b marketing campaigns and programs. The Senior Web Developer leads various online marketing projects from concept and strategy through execution, measurement and optimization. You will craft the website roadmaps, meticulously working through the user experience, journey and functionality of both River Valley Bank and IncredibleBank's websites. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Development: WordPress Expert knowledge of WordPress to drive digital innovation and best practices for online product design and development Translate product strategy into achievable product roadmaps and staged development release programs that are clearly articulated and shared with stakeholders Search Engine Optimization Own technical optimization of website using Google's suite of products Ensure that the images, copy and other components of the products are set up and structured in the correct way to support search capability if appropriate Comfort with Search Engine Marketing preferred Stay current on search engine developments and policies to keep us ahead of the industry curve Usability Laser focus on creating an exceptional user experience and user accessibility Improve the usability, design and conversion of the company website in close partnership with Marketing team Analytics Expert level Google Analytics user In partnership with Marketing team, drive successful advertisement campaigns using Facebook pixels, Google Analytics tracking and Google AdWords Produce regular reports providing insight into usage, product performance and user experience Utilize data analysis to support prioritization of design and build efforts Coding Comfort with the following languages, all utilized on River Valley Bank and IncredibleBank: HTML, Java Script, Python and Angler The following are preferred skills, but not required Familiarity with basic website design principles and typography Basic understanding of website caching Understanding of basic site security and cybersecurity risks Experience of working in a business undergoing digital transformation Interpersonal Requirements: Proven communication and influencing ability, with particular regard to internal briefing and developing enthusiasm and interest amongst internal stakeholders Must be a self-starter and independent thinker and effectively meet deadlines Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Passionate about customers, results and online excellence - with a good knowledge of emerging trends and technology Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as required or assigned that are in the spirit of this job description and position as necessary for the Bank and the Department to function effectively.
