Job description Lead and coach team to meet practice standards Treatment Coordination Scheduling to maximize clinician’s time and meet production goals Human resource responsibilities including hiring, disciplinary action, reviews and team building Role Specific Skills Leadership – Have experience inspiring and coaching a team to achieve goals. Training – Coaching team directly and developing materials to facilitate mastering practice standards and protocols. Sales and Sales Management – Maintain personal sales goals and coach Team to achieve their personal goals. Troubleshooting, Problem Solving and Process Improvement Highly Proficient in Computer Technologies, including Microsoft Office, Dental Practice Management Software and Common Online Platforms.
