Installing and testing workstations; activating LAN connections, deploying phones; participating in NMCI seat refresh events; installing and testing printers; performing installation of equipment/software and modifications to hardware configuration at various sites; ensuring that all new installations/modifications are tracked in the inventory management system. Responsible for desktop Information Assurance (IA) compliance issues; evaluate, test, recommend assets to meet department needs (hardware/software); asset add, move, change; asset disposal; responding to data calls for specific information; attending weekly department meetings.
