Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Pediatrics is seeking an Urgent Care Medical Director who is responsible for overseeing the clinical, operational, and quality aspects of a pediatric urgent care center. This role blends patient care with leadership, administration, and strategic planning.
  • Provide direct patient care in a pediatric urgent care setting
  • Supervise and mentor physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
  • Establish and enforce clinical protocols and evidence-based guidelines
  • Ensure high standards of pediatric patient safety and quality of care

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only based on a 1.0 FTE, and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $254,000-$278,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans. More information on compensation is discussed with the departments during the recruitment process.
