Telephone Triage RN Evening, Nights, and Weekends   Heartland Hospice of Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties is looking for Triage RN to add to our teams caring for patients at the end of life.  Triage nursing offers the opportunity to support a family in crisis over the phone by walking them through their concerns, assessing their needs and dispatching a nurse or another member of the hospice team as needed  Heartland Hospice is one of the nation’s leaders in hospice and end of life care.
