Description

HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. Responsible for providing quality rehabilitative occupational therapy to clients. Initiates planned, purposeful activity designed to enhance the physical and psychosocial functioning of the client. Educational Requirements Bachelors or Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.Currently licensed as an OT in the state and in good standing with the Board. Certification by the American Occupational Therapy Association.  
Position Requirements

100% travel necessary on a daily basis. Previous home care experience required. Knowledge of occupational therapy principles, concepts and methodology appropriate for terminally ill clients. Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
