Primary Responsibilities

The Junior Programming Event Producer and Member Data Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development of, and fully responsible for, orchestrating execution of the club-wide programming schedule. Keys to success in this position include planning and communication, developing internal and external relationships that lead to world class programming events from start to finish. Supporting a strategic programming plan pre-during and post event, it is vital that this individual develop a rapport with all members, managers, and staff to ensure an outstanding member experience. This position also owns member follow up and data collection, including collecting and organizing data for analysis and member event feedback.

Responsibilities of this role

  • Assist Programming Team including Director & Event Producer with all aspects of preparation and execution of events.
  • Manage shared department email accounts. Respond, organize and route correspondence as is appropriate.
  • Data analytics: Collect and prepare quarterly PowerPoint presentations in a timely fashion.
  • Brainstorm ideas for potential future programming. Organize and track submissions to Ideas email box.
  • Track and report expenses for programming vendors and events
  • Balance monthly expenses for dept.
  • Source talent and DJ themes for weekly music program.
  • Sourcing vendors for potential future programming.
  • HappOmeter surveying.
  • Planning select programming events from start to finish.
  • Plan & execute ‘Quin Impact Fund events.
  • Support logistics of volunteer opportunities as needed for The ‘Quin Impact Fund.
  • Administrative duties on behalf of Operations and Membership as designated.
  • All other tasks and duties as requested.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, and climb multiple flights of stairs. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and reach with hands and arms, and climb multiple flights of stairs. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

 
Position Requirements

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3 + years in a programming and/or catering sales in leading positions
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • Gracious, upbeat, and friendly demeanor to all associates, members, and guests
  • Calm and cool under pressure
  • Ability to have high attention to detail, take direction, and do all tasks big and small
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Willing to work an atypical schedule including weekends and evenings in order to accommodate event staffing.
  • At least 2 years’ proven ability to succeed with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience getting along well with within a team and taking direction as required.
  • Results-driven individual who is fearless about execution, is creative, can champion a vision and roadmap, and is not afraid to dig into the details
  • Project management skills: will have demonstrated the ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution; will understand how to align resources, seek the input of key constituents, and manage others to achieve desired results
  • A strong team player who supports their team and embraces ownership, accountability, and responsibility for supporting the team’s work
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, excellent prioritization, time management, organizational and follow up skills
  • Demonstrated ability for process excellence and project management
  • Good financial acumen and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, willing to learn club platform NorthStar and third party platforms including ticketing services as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
