Position Lead Digital & Analytics Data Engineer  
Position Requirements

* This position is fully onsite in Southfield, MI (non-local candidates must be willing to relocate, relocation costs are not covered for this position)

* Must have 9 - 14 years experience and a Bachelors Degree.

* US Citizen, GC Holders, H1B transers only (cannot work C2C)

* This is a LT open ended contract with possiblity of hire. Insurance can be made effective first day of employment. Some PTO may be offered.

Develops and implements work related to the planning and engineering of systems. Ensures that systems are designed and deployed in a manner that meets the needs of the organization. Ability to handle complex procedures or any problems with system. Cultivating and maintaining ongoing end-users and management relationships. Determining service level standards and production support procedures for customer service requests for all related systems. Suggesting improvements and changes to better meet customer needs. This position would work remote with occasional days in the office as required by business needs.

Skills Required • Clarify team tasks and deadlines to keep the team on course and provides updates from the group to company leaders. • Consistently produces results that exceed expectations in time frames that benefit the project/team. • Responsible for application upgrade planning/ execution. • Ability to work comfortably in Oracle and Microsoft products • Very strong skills and extensive experience to write complex PLSQL scripts and programs to automate tasks and processes. • Ability to work with ODI (Oracle Data Integrator and Talent Data Integration tools) to integrate data flow from various systems. • Strong skills and extensive experience of Oracle OBIEE and RPD development and implementations. • Very strong presentation skills and ability to directly interact with the business users professionally. • Individual contributor that designs, tests, debugs, and maintains the applications. • Performs a variety of duties and tasks including set up, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of applications. • Solves fairly complex user inquiries that may arise during day-to-day operations. • Performs assignments minimal direction and supervision. • Good communication skills and motivated individual contributor.

Experience Required • BA/BS plus 9-14 years professional experience; or Advanced Degree plus 7-12 years professional experience.
