He/she will ensure a safe and compliant operation during his/her shift. Duties & Responsibilities • Safety is our number one priority. • Employee must follow all PPE policies and safety rules. • Employee must report to his immediate supervisor for briefing on daily tasks. • Provide and assist with good maintenance on the equipment he is operating. • Employee must maintain good housekeeping ethics. Work area must be free and clear of debris. • Assist in the verification and recording of production and findings in the ERP System and/or required documents. • Installs specified drift mandrel in machine, using hand tools, and inserts pipe into head of machine. • Full length each tested joint and properly mark joints by using appropriate bands on the joints that are no complaint. • Check that all machinery is properly serviced before start up. • Assists in repair and replacement of equipment during maintenance shutdowns. • Communicate with crew to achieve a quality product. • Assist in the charging and discharging of material on this racks. • The employee is responsible in assisting with documentation and/or technical devices for recording production and findings. • Communicating to supervisor any problems with material and equipment. • Verify the paper work to perform the job according with the requirements. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications / Competencies • Education: o High School Diploma or GED. • Years of Experience: o At least 1 year experience or on the job training. • Job Knowledge: o At least Knowledge and experience within the OCTG pipe inspection industry is preferable. o Ability to organize vast amounts of data and multi-task several priorities with excellent time management. o Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information. • Personal Competencies: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Safety: o Understands all applicable location safety rules and regulations and makes sure that all are being followed.
