Reports to: Chief Executive Officer and/or Clinical Director Scope of work: Provide diagnostic, therapeutic and prescription management services to patients of the organization. Also generates laboratory requisitions and analyzes laboratory data. Education: M.D. from accredited University or Medical School Completion of a Psychiatric Residency Program Experience: Has experience in mental health services Has medical license within their respective state   Responsibilities: Provides mental health diagnosis Provides mental health treatment, including prescription management May provide psychotherapy services Orders and evaluates laboratory data   Position Requirements Requirements: References Drug Screen Professional License Driver’s License Privacy Act Statement Confidentiality Form Cogent Criminal Background Check Annual Training   This position is currently not accepting applications.
