Description

Ripl (www.Ripl.com) is passionate about helping small businesses grow by enabling them to leverage the magic of social media marketing. We are seeking to hire someone to join the Marketing team in order to fulfill this mission.

As Ripl’s Social Media & Content Specialist, you will manage our social channels and create content across all Ripl’s marketing channels. Our Social Media & Content Specialist’s passion is to constantly create new compelling & engaging content that will help drive our long-term success in acquiring, engaging and retaining Ripl subscribers. This role will report to the Director of Marketing.

The Social Media & Content Specialist will...

  • Provide daily management and execution of the social media marketing strategy.

  • Manage and create content for social channels including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, Pinterest, FB Groups.

  • Community management across social media channels, collaborating across the organization.

  • Test new channels and content, IGTV, Facebook Live, YouTube content, Reels, FB groups, etc.

  • Create and manage and collaborate with the design and content team to produce content for the Ripl blog including articles, infographics, videos, and more.

  • Execute a testing strategy to optimize performance and make recommendations to improve performance.

  • Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of new creative, A/B and multivariate test design, optimization and ROI.

  • Analyze social and content metrics, and make recommendations to optimize and make improvements across social channels and website.

 
Position Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related experience.

  • 2-3+ years digital marketing experience or related consulting experience.

  • Social media marketing experience with an understanding of social marketing standards across top social platforms.

  • Excellent writing ability and editing skills.

  • Attention to detail with consistent follow through.

  • Ability to work with internal tools to support job functions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good understanding of analytics and how to measure success of content marketing.

  • Capable of collaborating with internal teams, working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to thrive in highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.

 
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time
