This is a great opportunity to join a small, boutique firm doing corporate recruiting and staffing. We are expanding our staff and searching for our next Entry-Level Recruiter. This is a full-time opportunity to join an established recruiting and staffing firm which has just celebrated 26 years in business! We have offices in two different states and contract employees in more than ten. To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to able to stay on track while working multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver candidates through job posts, direct sourcing, networking, referrals, etc.
- Collaborate with internal team to implement innovative pipeline generation efforts
- Communicate professionally at all times, treating candidates/clients with respect
- Solve problems and produce results by identifying alternatives as circumstances change
- Influence and negotiate fairly with candidates
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Get good people hired into good jobs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Up to two years in a prior recruiting role
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results in a timely manner
- Team player who acts with integrity and self-awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Living near Plymouth, MI or Austin, TX is a plus, but not required
