Description

Your work day would entail the following:

  • Importing eCommerce orders from multiple platforms into our unified platform
  • Communicating our shipping policies to customers and answering questions verbally and ensure customer understand how to accept a delivery.
  • Monitor shipments and reach out to customers with anticipated delays
  • Assisting shipping department with carrier issues and report to mgmt issues that will affect our customer experience.
  • Communicate with a sales staff any daily carrier issues
  • Initiate customer returns while keeping customers happy

Part Time and Full time positions available.

Compensation negotiable depending on experience in this field.

Remote work is available to the right candidate (Approx 2 weeks in-office training is required)

Background check and drug screening required.

  • Must be able to handle high pressure situations

  • Attention to details with ability to prioritize tasks daily

  • Ability to have patience and courtesy in customer service issues
  • Need to communicate effectively all of our policies, both verbally and in writing
  • Dependable and on time is a must
