No experience necessary, we will teach you the skills to be successful at Carl's Jr. You bring a great attitude, be open minded to learning new skills, customer service and your people skills.

New hires start at minimum wage of $15.00.

Your day to day looks like this

  1. Process order at the cash register
  2. Prepare food for guest orders
  3. Clean, cut and prepare food for cooking
  4. Keep the kitchen spotless and utensils clean
  5. Assist in keeping all part of the restaurant looking fantastic for our guests

Let's get started, all you need is to, be at least 16, and have or be able to get a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting.

Position Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.

Have a food handler’s permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting.

Posses basic math skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

 
Pay Range New hires start at $15.00 and are offered merit increases based on performance and additional responsibilities.
