Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Analyst 

Location Washington, DC  
Description

Dignari, LLC is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Analyst to join our expanding business. The role is client facing and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organization skills. This position is located on-site with our client in the Washington, DC Metro Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works in collaborative environment with various project teams to support the client's mission.
  • Provides advice, assistance and written recommendations based on data analysis and results. Gather data, using either existing information or generating new data through research.
  • Drafts briefings, presentations, letters, memorandums and other written communications for various communications delivery methods.
  • Examines the results of a new policy and emerging data trends to communicate findings to promote written and oral communication methods.
  • Assists in developing strategic recommendations to achieve key outcomes.
  • Understand current state processes and recommend improvements to make programs and processes more efficient and effective.
  • Ability to understand client needs and pain points to recommend actionable solutions.
  • Ability to analyze data from relational databases and understand data structures.
  • Assist in senior leadership-level meetings and working groups by documenting discussion, identifying action items, and monitoring follow-on work.
  • Ability to explain and document complex methodologies in simple words.
  • Liaison with the communication team by articulating operational and mission needs.
  • Communicate orally, in writing and graphically (MS Office Suite of Products to include Visio) with a wide variety of stakeholders.
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience with DHS programs, specifically, experience with programs dealing with identity management or biometrics is preferred
  • Knowledge or familiarity of airports and airlines is ideal
  • Understanding and passion for emerging technology
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communications skills
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)
  • Team oriented individual who is able to work with multiple sizes of groups or departments, as well as a diverse group of individuals
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
 
Clearance Requirement US Citizenship required. Active DOD Secret, DHS or CBP Public Trust preferred. Ability to obtain clearance required.
