Trinity has developed into a diversified, vertically integrated company, expanding its business to include non-performing loans, residential property rehabilitation, residential sales and property management. Position Summary The construction manager will oversee residential renovation projects in California from start to finish. Responsibilities Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements Budgeting, organizing, implementation and scheduling of projects Schedule logistical steps and timelines to bring projects to completion on time Oversee on/offsite to monitor compliance with building code, safety regulations, and permit compliance Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc. and give them guidance when needed Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports pertaining to job status Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues   Position Requirements General project management skills: the ability to show leadership, accountability, communicate, solve problems, create and maintain reports, and multitask In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles Competent in conflict and crisis management Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel +2 Years Industry Experience Residential Reconstruction a PLUS Must be an analytical problem solver Able to work independently while being responsive to both internal and external customers in the organization.
