A Day in the Life as an IT Systems Administrator: You will be supporting our TriCore staff by maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware, and networks. You will be directly assisting the TriCore staff through our ticketing system while also focusing on department projects. You will help grow the IT department's functions by assisting with backups, software updates, maintaining firewalls and VMs. Occasionally you will be traveling to our regional offices for a quick overnight stay.
About You: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Experience deploying and supporting off-the-shelf software packages is a plus! We are looking for someone who can be a team player but also work well independently. Additionally, it is important to be proactive in mitigating risk and ensuring TriCore's security. We are looking for someone who is approachable and excited about taking our IT department to the next level.
