POSITION: Marketing Representative

LOCATION: Cahuilla Casino, Anza, California

RESPONSIBLE TO: Marketing Manager

PAY RANGE: $13.00 per hour + eligible for tips



The Marketing Representative is responsible for the duties and functions of the Players Club and executing promotions while ensuring the Sky’s The Limit Guest Service standards. Must be knowledgeable of and able to explain current marketing promotions, programs, explain games offered throughout the casino, hotel services and amenities.



  1. Promotes the highest degree of guest service to both external and internal guests.
  2. Actively promotes the Players Club and card level benefits to Cahuilla Casino Hotel guests through on the Casino Floor interactions.
  3. Actively promotes the monthly promotions to Cahuilla Casino Hotel guests and team members.
  4. Assists existing Players Club Members and processes New Member Sign Ups throughout the Casino Floor.
  5. Ensure database integrity of player account information.
  6. Responsible for assisting in the execution of a variety of casino events and promotions to ensure guests are receiving a favorable gaming experience and build player loyalty.
  7. Confident in public speaking and ability to make overhead announcements regarding casino promotions and jackpots.
  8. Ability to book hotel reservations for Players Club Members as needed.
  9. Promotes good inter-department relationships through effective communication.
  10. Ability to work flexible schedule including various shifts as needed, holidays, weekends and peak business times.
  11. Performs all other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
  1. Must have high school diploma or GED.
  2. Previous guest service experience is preferred.
  3. Must be able read, write, speak, and understand English.
  4. Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills and work ethic.
  5. Solid organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Able to obtain and retain gaming license through the Cahuilla Tribal Gaming Agency.
