Our proven reputation for safety, reliability and flexibility comes from years of delivering on promises, the world over.   Location Tulsa, OK-Headquarters   Pay   Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Technology Analyst will assist the Information Services organization’s priorities by supporting current and next-generation technology platforms, as well as executing tasks related to Operations. Duties include, but are not limited to: Oversee the distribution of hardware and software. Complete system pre-programing to ensure proper functionality. Support existing platforms in coordination with Flight Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance. Ensure timely updating, mitigation, and resolution of any issues. Develop new methods and programs to gain additional functionality and capabilities. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and company procedures. Test and distribute updates to business-specific and general-purpose applications. Develop, test, and implement new technology programs. Interface with employee base to analyze business requirements, and translate into effective solutions within the business environment Document best practices, user instructions, and troubleshooting steps. Evaluate, procure, and support hardware deployment efforts. Represent Omni Air International at appropriate industry forums. Complete any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.     Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Possess strong interpersonal and team skills including ability to positively interface with users, vendors, user management, and peers Must have general understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations Must possess strong technical reading and writing skills Proficient verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Basic computer programming and statistical methods experience preferred Must possess strong analytical skills with investigative and problem solving abilities Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management or Computer Science/Information Technology or 3+ years previous experience in field, preferred.
