Job Description Summary:

The general duties as an Stenotraine Coach for U.S. Legal Support included helping trainees achieve their goals through motivation, and education. Their role is crucial is crucial for helping futre, court reporters, Digital Transcriptionist, and Scopist to set realistic goals and ultimately achieve them. The individual must also train, observe, and be able to provide constructive feedback to improve, technique and gain maximum results.

Job Duties

Must be able to communicate effectively to the team

Ability to follow Strict adherence to company philosophy, mission statement, sales goals

Provide feedback on effective practice techniques

Ability to analyze problems and strategize better solutions

Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively

Conduct training sessions that track each trainees progress

Must stay abreast of trends and current events within the industry

Position Requirements

Experience in court reporting or related field a plus;

Certification from professional associations preferred

Two years of experience in a leadership role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software

Experience with Technology and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platform
