Provides leadership and support in the areas financial reporting, analyses and planning. Essential Functions Preparation I coordination of annual budgets. Assist in the monthly financial projection updates. Development and preparation of weekly financial reporting information. Analyses of YOY and trending Financial analyses. Development and preparation of key business performance metrics. Reviews month end journal entries. Maintain, reviews and analyzes general ledger accounts to ensure accurate reporting of financial activities. Assist on month end, quarter end and year end closing processes. Assist on development and preparation of management reports including daily, weekly and monthly financial reports and supporting schedules on a timely basis. Prepares, reviews and verifies variety of accounting reports on a regular basis. Maintains and update documentation of systems processes and internal controls. Insures the proper implementation of controls in the areas of responsibility. Preparation of audit schedules and other year end schedules. Communicates effectively to management and outside parties, such as auditors. Produce ad-hoc reports and projects upon management request. Performs other related duties as required or assigned.   Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 5 years experience in Finance and general accounting Solid working knowledge of GAAP Strong PC/Microsoft office skills, proficient in Excel and accounting software is plus. Ability to set priorities and perform variety of complex work assignment. Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems independently and with sound judgement.
