Financial Reporting Manager Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department across the areas of general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. Provide direction and supervises accounting staff including Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Accounting. Oversee all general accounting functions, including general ledger; assure accuracy and timeliness of data and reporting, as well as best practices and conformity with professional accounting standards. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards. Prepare monthly financial statements package and budget variance analysis. Review monthly closing processes and ensures that the books are closed in a timely manner. Assists in Annual Audits. Participate in compilation of yearly footnotes, manage external financial statements and associated disclosures. Implements systems to monitor, control and safeguard the company’s assets. Manage the cash flow and cash flow forecasting and interfaces with banks to monitor cash balances. Credit Card Program oversight. Serves as Liaison with Legal to follow-up with employment contracts. Handles special projects as requested by CFO and Director of Finance. |
