The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, self starter, with cleaning experience.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time and/or Part-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Position Requirements REQUIREMENTS   - Be on time & in uniform - Follow all health and safety regulations - Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets - High attention to detail - Team Player - Report to zone and be eagar to support your team - Organize your supplies - Clean Lobby, Public areas, kitchen, mats, floors - Report areas that need maintenance - Keep equipment in good condition and refill supplies -Keep accurate hours   RESPONSIBILITIES   - Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. - Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning Kitchens and Floors.  - Perform routine maintenance tasks. - Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment. - Maintain clean grounds. - Physical aspects of the position; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, climbing and crouching. - Assist with outdoor/grounds projects.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
