DANA assembles driveshafts for the F-350, F-450, F-550, and commercial vehicles (CV) for Ford Motor Company. MCI/AST employees will earn $13.00 / hour with weekly pay. After 90 days of employment with adequate attendance and performance MCI/AST employees will be looked at by DANA to be hired on full-time. This will present a pay increase to $15.90 / hour with benefits, vacation, sick-days, etc. from DANA. Listed below are the shift times, note that there are no shift differentials in pay and you may be subject to mandatory overtime on weekends. 1st Shift - 6:00 am - 2:00 pm / Monday - Friday 2nd Shift - 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm / Monday - Friday 3rd Shift - 10:00 pm - 6:00 am / Sunday - Thursday   Position Requirements No felonies in the past 7 years High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to lift 25-75 pounds repeatedly   This position is currently not accepting applications.
