Summary This is a full-time position and is contingent upon contract award. Metris Global is looking for a qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) person to support a multi-year contract in support of Preparation of the Environment (PE) for the 724th Special Tactics Group. This position requires a knowledge of current international affairs (with primary focus on world trouble spots), intelligence, security, and operational matters to assist the program manager in developing and compiling PE survey lists, imagery support, radar capabilities, and low visibility objectives. Position Competencies and Responsibilities: Perform duties in various levels of compartmented security, each with separate policies and procedures. Collection, recording, analysis, processing, and dissemination of information. Assistance with decisions and actions taken, which are made more difficult by changing international or interagency roles, complex relationships, controversial issues, and national priority missions. May be required to use signature reduction mechanisms. Other duties as assigned   Position Requirements Experienced in a wide range of technologies/techniques applicable to assigned tasks. A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an intelligence targeter. Knowledge of all intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and MASINT) and Special Operations intelligence activities and programs. Experienced in various intelligence data systems to include SIPR and JWICS. Knowledge of intelligence principles and concepts sufficient to monitor and evaluate contingency plans and training and have the ability to respond to policy questions for intelligence as prescribed in applicable regulations and guidance.
