First Advantage is currently seeking a Manager, Solutions Analysis to join our organization. This position is responsible for directing a team of 8-10 Solution Analysts located across the United States whose primary goal is a provide First Advantage support by guiding new customers through our onboarding process.

This manager will provide hands on leadership to a team of Solutions Analysts, including mentoring, development, oversight and training. Work closely with Solutions Analyst, internal teams and clients to improve relationships, identify process improvements, strategic initiatives and recognize and resolve challenging internal and external issues. Ensures the team proactively delivers and communicates effectiveness of FADV's value and core services, coordinates timely issue resolution and drives service excellence.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Directs a team of 8-10 Solution Analysts located across the United States
  • Providing daily support to Solution Analyst team, whose main goals are:
  • Support an expedited booking to revenue conversion process by guiding new customers through onboarding process
  • Serving as Subject Matter Expert on Set up Paperwork and Seibel platform.
  • Perform all required functions to set up a new client or process existing customer change requests in a timely fashion.
  • Work with internal teams to facilitate setup procedures to include resource requests via JIRA system.
  • Supports Bookings to Revenue conversion by implementing process efficiencies as necessary across Solution Analyst team, working in conjunction with other critical teams
  • Participate in business related meetings (external and internal) and follow up on discussion items related to area of responsibility.
  • Represents Solution Analyst process and procedures to cross functional leaders as necessary
  • Leverages internal relationships to enhance business performance for FADV onboarding and implementation processes
  • Ensures consistent communications with team. Provides expectations, feedback accountability, coaching and mentoring with all direct reports and other team members.
  • Proven track record of team development through coaching and goal setting, identify individual strengths and successfully maximizes those strengths across the First Advantage organization.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years experience working directly with large scale clients (500 -10,000 employees)
  • 2+ years working from a home-based environment
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Manager, Supervisor, or Team Lead.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with personal computer software in a business environment. Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and to meet deadlines in a fast paced and challenging environment.
