Share Email Opening Title Licensed Mental Health Counselor  Position Licensed Mental Health Counselor   Description Candidate will provide clinical assessment of children and adolescents to support families in crisis.   RESPONSIBILITIES: • Visit individuals of families in crisis at their home (travel required). • Assess clinical needs. • Keep progress notes on all client contact. • Report back to staff and interface with staff regarding individual's clinical needs. • Facilitate connections between families and long-term therapy options.   Essential Physical Requirements:   The ability to move independently throughout a wide range of environments, some of which may not be wheelchair or otherwise handicapped accessible, is required. Independent transportation to locations that may not be served by public transportation may be necessary.
