Summary:

CTC-IS Fielding Support Training Analyst – The Training Analyst will support multiple aspects of the fielding of the CTC-IS Modernization program to the NTC and JRTC, to include the integration of live fire. This will be accomplished by utilizing subject matter expertise and other statistical gathering tools in providing support and products. The Analyst must provide functional and technical input that relates to the fielding of the CTC-IS to ensure that the intent of the CD is being met by the equipment being fielded by the Materiel Developer. This functional and technical input will be supported through various CTC-related Management Programs. The Analyst must coordinate with the Material Developers and the Combat Training Centers on all aspects of fielding of CTC-IS equipment, to include integration of live fire.

Specific duties may include:

  • Support the fielding of CTC-IS equipment to the NTC and JRTC

  • Fully integrate plans synchronized against the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycle planning and ensure all plans are integrated with ongoing training solutions and training programs

  • Coordinate the flow of information among members of the CTC community through timely dissemination of training information

  • Provide a detailed research strategy proposal, conduct research analysis, and provide research findings

  • Provide CTC live fire integration support; coordinate and disseminate training information

  • Develop CTC requirements

  • Conduct and provide annual analysis

  • Develop and provide CTC recommendations

  • Provide updates to the CTC Master Plan

  • Provide analysis and integration of CTC live fire planning

  • Provide meeting/conference support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Systems Management /Systems Architecture or similar Engineering based degree.

  • Minimum of 10 Years Active Duty or reserve experience as a Commissioned Officer in the grade of O-4 or higher or NCO in the Grade of E-7 or higher (Combat Arms preferred)

  • Minimum of 3 Years of Experience in Leader/ Professional/ Training Development

  • CTC Experience (4 years preferred)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience integrating military doctrine and tactics into analysis and systems support (TCM-Live Preferred)

Clearance: Currently possess an Active Secret Clearance

Location: Fort Eustis, VA
