We are a global transcription provider based in Phoenix, AZ looking for a remote employee to work-from-home.  You can be based in AZ, FL, ID, IL, MA, MO, RI, UT, VA, or WA

We are looking for an Administrative Professional to assist with handling workflow management for our customers and independent contractors.

This is a full-time position M-F. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The qualified candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks at one time, professionally communicate with customers and contractors, be technically inclined and be able to learn new systems quickly. You should also be reliable, disciplined and self-motivated.  Previous work-from-home experience is a plus but not a requirement.


  • Answer emails and phone calls from independent contractors

  • Convert audio and video files for upload into the Company’s proprietary system

Pay Rate: $16/hour

Position Requirements


  • Must have a high-speed internet connection.
  • Must be a resident of  AZ, FL, ID, IL, MA, MO, RI, UT, VA, or WA
  • Must have an intermediate level of knowledge for Microsoft Outlook
  • Must have an intermediate level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in workflow management
  • Must be reliable, disciplined and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.


The individual best suited for this position will be extremely detail-oriented, be able to juggle many tasks at one time, be extremely customer service oriented, have excellent grammar skills, and work well under tight deadlines. In addition, the ability to learn and adapt to new software is key.
