Position Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checking in & ticketing passengers for flights at the ticket counter and gates;
- Verifying passenger documentation;
- Assigning seats, issuing boarding passes and providing gate information;
- Accepting baggage as well as collecting applicable fees;
- Hosting self-service kiosks where applicable;
- Assisting our Guests when flights are delayed or canceled;
- Making announcements regarding flight activity;
- Answering Guests' inquiries about their flight, airport amenities and other concerns they might have;
- Adhering to uniform guidelines and codes of conduct;
- Work in a team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age;
- Must have a High school diploma, GED or six months work experience in the Customer Service industry;
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English;
- Bilingual Requirement. German, French, Italian, Russian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Hebrew, Hungarian, Polish, Swedish, Ukrainian, Spanish;
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, background check and be able to obtain airport security clearance;
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, holidays and weekends;
- Competent in handling difficult situations;

Job Location: San Francisco International Airport, SFO.
