Coordinator will also maintain an organized storage system for design files, video elements and photos. Responsibilities Distribute content for all media buys including television, radio, print, outdoor and online. Develop and independently maintain relationships with network of Pirates radio affiliates, Ogden newspapers and regional media partners; execute effective trade deals and promotions. Draft and deliver content for all tv and radio on-air promotional drop-ins. Work directly with Communications Department, Broadcasters, and Broadcast Partners to ensure delivery and execution. Participate in concepting sessions for the development of retail and brand-focused print, digital & video advertisements and the integration of all media into a cohesive campaign. Reconcile advertising invoices and affidavits with ad placement budget. Act as a liaison between advertising and special events for coordination of on-site media and promotions. Maintain inventory of completed projects & project elements, including photo, logo and video libraries. Supply necessary creative elements to marketing department vendors (graphic designers, scoreboard, video production, MLBAM, contractors). Other duties as assigned by Manager, Advertising & Digital Marketing.   Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Management. Minimum of one year in marketing/sales business.
