All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Location Remote   Description Duties and Responsibilities Work within the philosophy of the client “ every loan matters” Ability to “think outside the box” and evaluate loan on merits holistically Audit closed loan files for completeness and accuracy based on the client’s approved set of audit criteria Review documents and data in the client’s imaging system and answer questions within Indecomm’s proprietary audit system to ensure loans met requirements and set standards of quality Meet daily production requirements for review of loans as agreed upon with manager Attend LSG Team and Client meetings, as required Maintain a thorough working knowledge of industry standards and guidelines Perform other duties as assigned by Management   Position Requirements Required Experience and Skills: Position is remote Set working hours of 7-4, 8-5, or 9-6 PM Underwriter should have 5 years of experience with Conventional underwriting Mortgage insurance or delegated audit review experience is highly preferred Proven ability to multitask Work in a high volume/production environment.
