The Patient Account Representative is responsible for a variety of functions in order to settle patient account balances. They will process insurance follow-up and billing on aged accounts receivable for cash resolution and performs basic customer service. These duties include, but are not limited to reimbursement, cash and denial application of assigned third party accounts.
Schedule is set at 8 hours per day 5 days a week, between the hours of 7AM and 6PM EST.
Three years of medical billing experience is preferred
