Please note: The person who fills this role may work from home or work from the local office in Highland Hills Ohio. This is an exempt position. Monday - Friday approx. 8:30 am - 5:00 pm ET. If a person is hired in a different time zone they will need to adjust their schedule to meet the ET times.

Monitor performance of clients and end debtors to assure integrity of collateral portfolio.

  • Analyze client position and its ability to handle the current obligations due Advance. This includes analysis of size of portfolio, concentration of portfolio, current liens and their affect on the portfolio, workers compensation status and its affect of the portfolio.
  • Analyze account performance to spot significant changes within client business operations and determine appropriate course of action to be taken to safeguard Advance’s financial position.
  • Review transactional information for anomalies that may affect Advance’s position.
  • Determine on a weekly basis those invoices which are subject to being charged back to the client and work with corresponding teams at Advance to plot the proper course of action with respect to these invoices.
  • Maintain open and professional relations with clients and end debtors.
  • Respond proactively to performance concerns in a manner that will protect the collateral portfolio and maintain positive relationships with clients, end debtors, and other business partners.
  • Prepare and present accurate reports regarding client base.
  • Be an active part of the associated team and be aware of all issues that effect Advance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Potential risk factors are identified promptly.
  • Appropriate Advance personnel such as the Director of Credit, General Counsel, Department Heads, COO and CFO are notified promptly of potential risk factors.
  • Timely and accurate completion of tasks is maintained in organized, effective, and positive manner.
  • All duties are implemented in a manner to support company policies and procedures and enhance teamwork.
 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant experience
  • 3 years of experience in Related field in credit management, commercial collections, A/R, and customer service.

Compensation range for this role for U.S. Colorado Residents:

Range minimum: $ $51,500/annually + bonus

Range maximum: $ 65,000/annually + bonus
